Please ensure that the Card Billing Address (Address as stated on Bank or Card Statement) is entered correctly otherwise the payment will fail. Please also ensure that you have an online Password relating to Card payments as you will be required to use the same for 3D Secure authorisation. If 3D Secure authorisation is not achieved, the payment will fail.
Please note that when a payment fails, funds are removed from your Account by your Bank or Card Provider. Funds will be held on retention for four to five working days and will then be returned to your Account.
GIFTO Travels Limited does not receive any funds if the payment fails.
